Products must be returned with a valid RA number. The manufacturer will assess warranty claims. Physical damage or misuse voids warranty. If no fault is found, the customer may be charged fees.

Restocking Fees:

• 50%+ fee on consumables, 20% fee on other items, Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

Notify us within 7 business days of receiving faulty or incorrect items via the contact page.
For items damaged during delivery, send photo evidence within 24 hours to support@Posnetwork.com.au
