Website Services

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Prices may change at any time without notice. If you've placed an order, we may cancel it if the price changes.

Product Orders

Orders will be accepted or rejected within 7 days. If you don't receive a response, your order is considered rejected. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
Delivery & Risk:
Delivery terms are outlined on our website. Ownership transfers upon receipt of payment. Risk of damage or loss transfers upon dispatch.
Warranty Claims:
Inform us first if a product becomes faulty. A warranty claim form will be issued if applicable. Final warranty decisions are made by the product manufacturer.
Product Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns must follow our strict return authorisation (RA) process:
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of RA issuance.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Use a removable label for RA numbers — do not write directly on packaging.
- Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Keep proof of delivery and send a copy to our RA team.
Warranty Claims:
Products must be returned with a valid RA number. The manufacturer will assess warranty claims. Physical damage or misuse voids warranty. If no fault is found, the customer may be charged fees.
Restocking Fees:
• 50%+ fee on consumables, 20% fee on other items, Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Notify us within 7 business days of receiving faulty or incorrect items via the contact page.
For items damaged during delivery, send photo evidence within 24 hours to support@Posnetwork.com.au
